About Us
Founded by Dorothy Easton in 1981 as a means to travel while enjoying the company of good people, Easton Tour & Travel (formerly Dorothy Easton's Canada Tours) is now operated by her daughter and grand-daughter, who continue to hold to her vision of providing quality trips at affordable prices. Dorothy didn't drive, and she wanted to continue the travelling she had done with her late husband, Harry. She decided to start her own company, so that she could still travel where SHE wanted to, and surround herself with people like herself - seniors who wanted to get out and have some fun.
Her business has become a family affair, and is now owned by her daughter Rosemary and grand-daughter Annette, with significant input from daughter Joan who had helped Dorothy run the business. We've kept the business going because (a) Dorothy would have wanted it that way and (b) we enjoy it. We try to make our trips as enjoyable as possible for both our passengers and ourselves.
In 2003 we opened our travel agency division, Easton Tour & Travel. We strive to maintain the same level of excellence that we have provided in our touring division. In order to prepare for this expansion, Annette completed the Travel Counsellor program (with Honours) in 2002 and has since earned the following designations:

Annette is also a member and former regional council member of the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors (CITC), and is a Certified Travel Counsellor.. Easton Tour & Travel is a proud member of the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA).
